Today we said goodbye to Utah and headed to Idaho. Time to check a new state off of our list! 🥔

We learned that when officials first suggested Idaho’s name, people thought it came from a Native American word meaning “gem of the mountains.” Nope, it turns out the word Idaho was actually just made up!

We had plans to boondock at the Idaho Potato Museum tonight but Matt was feeling good about driving further so we pushed on. We’ll have to stop by this fantastic museum on a different trip. 😂
