This afternoon we went to Ocean Springs, Mississippi to see the what all the fuss was about this historic coastal town. One glimpse of the live oaks lining Main Street and I was agreeing with everything I had heard – it WAS adorable.

Ocean Spring Beach on Biloxi Bay wasn’t the soft white sand that we were accustomed to, but they didn’t care.
After the beach we needed to check out Pop Brothers, an artisan ice pop shop, located in downtown.
There was a ridiculously large varieties of flavors to choose from and the ones that we tried (peach, mango, Dreamsicle, berries and cream) were all super refreshing.
After some time at the beach, why not hit the pool when you get home? Today they ditched the inner tubes and tried the lazy river without them.
The current was super fast and strong – more raging and less lazy!
Finally, it was over to the hot tub to warm up before calling it a night. TGIF!
