Today there was a presentation on alligators at the Gulf State Park Nature Center and I wasn’t about to pass up learning about these terrifying creatures from an expert.

It was very informative, highly engaging and featured a live baby alligator. How can you beat that?!
We met our neighbors in the campsite next to us this morning, the kids quickly bonded and we hung out by the pool together all afternoon. 🥳. Tonight we decided to bike to dinner together at Woodside Restaurant. Just when we thought Gulf State Park couldn’t get any better, we find out that they have a fantastic restaurant too.
The ride back in the dark was pretty spooky but definitely a fun memory for the kids. I heard one of them exclaim, “I can’t believe we’re biking in the middle of the night!” 🤣
